These lights are great. A very nice upgrade and I didn't have to spend a fortune to upgrade the Harley LEDs. When I received these lights, I took the papers out of the box and put them aside, not realizing that it was a very good installation guide. the lights. Having previously swapped the headlights on my Harley I didn't really need the instructions but if you do need them it is well written. I had a hang during installation. The clip holding the bulb to the headlight touched the wires wrapped around the fan motor. I figured that with the Harley's inherent vibrations, combined with some Wyoming sand dust, the terminal might eventually rub through the insulation and cause a short. All I did to solve this problem was bend the retaining clip so it didn't touch the wires. Installing low beam bulbs was as easy as changing a lightbulb. However, I would recommend cleaning the inside of all lenses until you have bulbs. Be careful not to scratch the plastic inside, but it's not that difficult to clean them carefully. I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade to brighter lighting.
