These bags are ideal for storing milk in the fridge or freezer. Based on other reviews I was skeptical about buying them due to a leakage issue but I only had one bag leaking and have been breastfeeding/expressing exclusively for 7 months and have been using these bags from the start. . I signed up for them because they had the most milk. The bags I freeze I usually put no more than 6-7 ounces in to keep them flat. However, I also store milk in these bags in the fridge and sometimes add up to 10 ounces to each bag. You can fit 12 ounces as someone said but then the bag is hard to close and even harder to pour the milk in without spilling so I'll just stick with 10 ounces. I highly recommend them! They also don't leak or anything when you pour milk into a bottle, which is great! I will buy this again and again!
