Review on Achva by Dennis Brinson

I recently had the displeasure of placing an order with Achva, and I must say that I was utterly let down by the entire process. Nothing positive could be said about this business, from the subpar customer care to the subpar goods. The customer support was initially unresponsive and unhelpful. I tried to get in touch with them several times because I had some concerns about my order but never heard back. The entire procedure was frustrating and challenging because of this communication breakdown. In addition, the goods I got fell short of my expectations and were of poor quality. I purchased some snacks and desserts, but they were stale and tasted like they had been on the shelf for weeks. The chocolate and candies were also subpar and lacked the robust taste I was hoping for. In addition to offering subpar customer service and inferior goods, Achva did not seem to stand out from its rivals in my opinion. Nothing about them distinguished them from other gourmet and grocery online retailers, and I could have easily found better choices elsewhere. I had a disappointing overall encounter with Achva, and I would not suggest this business to others. There are better choices available if you're looking for high-quality goods and top-notch customer support.
