Delivery within the promised time. I ordered the right size based on my dog's size but it won't do him any good. 1) It just doesn't fit the leg properly - the shape of the brace doesn't match the shape of the dog's leg. 2) The strap holding them in place should pass under your abdomen and up your back to attach to the outside of the brace. It might work for a bitch but my poor Chewie can't take it - the strap just cuts his penis perfectly! I've tried moving it around a bit, adjusting some things (brackets, not a dog thing), etc. Nothing. There's no real way to make a thong work for a man. 3) Velcro is not very strong. They attach the straps with Velcro (I'm a poet and didn't know this) but they're just unreliable. 4) The belt slips too much on his back. One second the strap is right where it should be (limiting his ability to urinate), the next it's slipping off his cock. I tried tightening it (much to his dismay) but the velcro doesn't work well enough to hold it tight enough to stay on. Take it off (if he only understood the irony of that part) and he would never put a leg with a splint on it. I even doubled over and put splints on both knees to try and get him to walk with them, but he will have absolutely no use of his injured leg once the splint is in place. It's not really the seller's fault, but I thought it was important. My poor dog has a torn ACL in his right knee from long term use of steroids to control valley fever (a nasty infection common here in Arizona) and it just isn't getting better. He has severe atrophy of the muscles in his right hind leg, is depressed, cannot play or run and walks on three legs. I had high hopes for this brace, but it just makes him uncomfortable. I am telling you the life story of my poor mongrel so that anyone going through something like this will have a better idea of what to plan for. Again, if you have a BITCH dog (okay, bitch) you might be a lot luckier. Bracket. The quality of the materials seems to be good (except for the velcro but a good safety pin can fix that pretty quickly), it arrived within the promised time frame and is totally reasonably priced compared to others. I just don't recommend this to anyone with a man!
