The BT connection quality is terrible.

The main reason for buying this device was the Bluetooth hands-free function. After installation, the sound during a call was completely unacceptable. After many chats and emails with the seller, they advised me to buy another microphone and try again. I have made. It didn't help. I unplugged the external microphone and the call quality improved, barely acceptable. I mentioned to the seller that I wasn't 100% satisfied with the customer service and that I felt I found a "workaround" that I feel I didn't need to do. The seller indicated that the included microphone was a "gift". The problem with the device is still there, but I'm tired of dealing with the seller's support service.
