Cheap quality and looks cheap
The lining is not a full circle like the outer tule, it's more fitted - its a cheap satin like fabric. The lining ripped all the way up on the first use, before I even got to the party (glad I had shorts on!). The belt is a cheap looking satin ribbon there are two belt loops to loosely hold it on. Not worth it.
