Only been using it for a few months but so far so good. Much quieter than the oral b and doesn't feel as powerful, but the vibration is more noticeable. It also has a small brush head which is good for babies. It doesn't spin like an oral B, but it seems to clean well, so that doesn't bother us. The buttons are a bit harder to press compared to the Oral B, but our little one can still do it on his own. The real test will be how long the battery lasts. Oral B lasted a few months and still worked except the brush head was starting to wear out and age so we replaced it with this one just for comparison. So I hope this one lasts a long time. If so then we will be using it again as our little one seems to prefer it (oral b was too loud).
