Review on SlideBelts Vegan Leather Without Holes Men's Accessories ... Belts by Frank Chinchilla

This purchase was made solely as an indication of the description and operation of the SlideBelt construction. I was completely satisfied and bought two more belts and another buckle a few days later. I have given up all previous non-SlideBelts and have been wearing one of my new SlideBelts every day for over 10 months now. Completely satisfied! And then, a few days ago, one of the pivot pins fell out, rendering my original buckle useless; Maybe I pulled the belt too tight. I checked the SlideBelt website and saw that the buckle might be under warranty so I emailed them. A few minutes after opening on the West Coast, I received a very polite email from their service guru apologizing for the problem and letting me know they would send me a replacement buckle, no questions asked. I was very satisfied and concluded that their quality assurance is so good that the customer service is actually not very busy unlike many similar establishments in other companies! Conclusion: If you don't have SlideBelts yet, you should get them and you will be very satisfied.
