I like that it is so easy to connect to our data source. It is very user friendly. I do not like that I have to have a separate app for each of our departments. So when I want to pull data from our ERP, I have to download each department's app. It is much easier to pull from the same system. OrangeHRM is very user friendly. I am able to connect to our ERP, and I am able to pull data from the system. I am able to make changes to my employee data and send that to the system as well. The best thing about this software is that it helps to communicate between employees as well as employer. With ease, an employee can access information regarding their leave of absence or sick leaves from any location including home using their mobile devices. I have not seen anything great yet. It's quite user-friendly for both employers as well as individuals who use it for personal reasons. We are able to track our time and attendance easily with this app.
