1 Wall outlet with light and fan switch on same panel. With razors, electric toothbrushes, brace picks, night light, etc. it was a struggle. I didn't like the strip on the counter in case water spilled. This fully meets the requirements! I put it in the bottom socket, there are no issues with the weight - it didn't jump out of the socket, although it's not tight. This is my only complaint and as it hasn't failed yet it may never become an issue. Currently 6 are connected. There is still room for switch switches. We didn't use the charging ports on the top, so we can't comment on that.
