**UPDATE** I received my refund from the seller very promptly and was assured the issue we experienced was very rare. I appreciate the seller's help and promptness in resolving this matter. Again, other than our bolt problem, the chair was very nice!One of the bolts located inside the seat back cushion was missing and we had no choice but to return it. The chair looked very nice and I was pleased with the color/accuracy of the description but pretty frustrated that we had gotten it nearly 1/2 way assembled when we realized it was unusable - we then had to unassemble, re-box it and take it to FedEx for return. I contacted the seller and they were prompt with replying and issued a return label. We mailed it back on 5/24 but haven't received word on our refund yet so I cannot speak for the seller. I was told they would issue a refund once they received the product. hoping this is true or I will not be happy.Nice chair - just make sure it works! ;-)
