I really wanted it to work!
I was so hoping this stand would work for me. It's sturdy, small and seemed practical. Unfortunately the one I bought had the handle so tight I needed a tool to turn it. I contacted them (good customer service btw) and they sent me a second one. The handle worked perfectly right out of the box, but also got stuck when I tried to return the stand to its original low position and remove it. My conclusion: A great stand for anyone who doesn't regularly adjust their height.
