Review on 🔊 Ultimate Ears BLAST: Portable Waterproof Speaker with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and Alexa Voice Control - Blue Steel by Johnny Snyder

Ordered in April 2018 and I've waited a few months before writing this to be as accurate as possible. PROS: I was happy with the sound and volume it delivers as is. Loud enough that I can hear my entire one bedroom apartment and portable enough that I can take it to the gym (which I use myself a lot), the beach, the basketball court, the race track, etc. Battery life lasts for a while too, and it's easy to play music or podcasts while charging. I haven't used too many of the Alexa features, but they seem to be working, albeit slowly at times. CONS: The biggest disadvantage I've encountered is the fact that the Bluetooth connection between BLAST and my phone randomly disconnects. I have yet to determine the cause, and a few updates have helped improve the frequency of this issue, but it's incredibly inconvenient when I'm trying to listen to music in the shower or do other things I can't do right away. my phone to reconnect. Not to mention that sometimes this reconnection can be difficult and I have to toggle Bluetooth on and off on my phone. general scores which I think are partly due to not dropping the Bluetooth connection between the phone and the speaker.
