March 2021 edit: Received replacement with no problems. Customer service was excellent and quick. Very happy with it and the new product is great - the kids love it and by far one of their best nerf guns - doesn't jam and allows for lots of bullets so they don't have to keep reloading. Initial review: This is purely a product review. I bought 3 of these (1 for each of my sons) - 2 of 3 were perfect but the 3rd has a bent pin in one of the barrels so you can't put a bullet in there. The only way I'm getting through Revain is to go straight to Nerf. I will contact them, I hope they will reply and help.
