I did go outside in the dark just to try it out in the snow.and it kept my feet nice and warm. The outersoles worked well also with a good grip on an inclined part of the yard.like having winter tires on my feet! I like the fact that it was easy to put on and take off thanks to the zippers on the inside part of the uppers, which doesn't look unsightly. The materials used looks and feel very durable, with the quality of the stitching remains to be seen with it being so new. The inner liner is made out of polar fleece, that contributes to the warmth and comfort when you're wearing it. The zipper is also of average quality, that may last you a while with regular use.One thing negative I noticed is the fit of the boot around the ball part of my foot, it was just a little snug. So you might want to order a half size bigger if you're planning to wear heavy socks with it. Another thing was the weight, the description said "lightweight", but to me it seemed like the same weight as my other leather heavy-duty boots.Overall, a nice comfy winter boots that's a good value, ($59) at time of review. I highly recommend it still!
