I like this article. I took one of the leaves and cut it off like the bottom of my fryer and it's perfect, my fries don't stick to the top. I put a whole tray on the bottom of my spray oven it works amazing and I shared a few trays with my friend and he cut them to fit his small tabletop oven and voila! He only has to clean the tray, not the small baking tray, when roasting meat or fish. Very easy to clean.
