Yes, these are for little boys or girls, but as a petite adult woman, I love them too, and I love saving a few extra bucks by shopping in the kids' department. They're obviously shorter on me, ending about 3" above my ankle, but since these are skinny joggers, the look and length is perfect for me (I'm 5'4"). me, as well as small women's sizes. I had enough room in my hips, buttocks and waist to move freely. If you wish, the waist rises quite high, giving the jogger more of a legging look, but the waist is lower, making it look more like a traditional jogger, loose in the legs and slightly baggy. The zip pockets are deep enough to to stow a mobile phone or a very thin wallet.
