Bought an original pair of Crocs in 2006; loved and worn by these things, outdoors and indoors: rafting and light hikes, wandering malls, etc. Replaced a year ago - despite several reviews warning about different manufacturers, sizes, etc. Well, those reviews were right: the current Crocs now feel like big box or nursery knockoffs that followed the original Crocs onto the market: minimal cushioning and a smaller sock size. I took a chance by ordering men's size 11 for my husband's 10.5E foot. Great fit, plenty of room in the toe box and plenty of room for a pair of medium socks. Usually worn in slip-on mode but did many hours of light gardening with the strap down (and socks) and they worked great and were easy to clean. Yes, they're less slippery than Crocs on wet decks, but common sense is still a good plan. The good balance of light weight and cushioning made them my favorite winter shoe in my house with tile and hardwood floors. Very happy with it.
