I really like this brand of cake drums. They always customized their product no matter what size I get. The only thing I would change is the stitching at the top of the drum. They're 99% greaseproof on the drum, but if you accidentally smear some buttercream on the seam surrounding the entire rim, the grease will seep straight in and dirty the drum. In order for that not to happen, I always have to be very careful when using them. Another brand I bought uses a solid piece to cover the top and edges so there can be no staining or discoloration, but then you have to sacrifice perfectly smooth edges all the way around.
