These weighted balls are amazing! As batting instructors, they work well at teaching the batsman proper stretch through contact. I like using it in drills to get the right lengthening and it also teaches purposeful thinking for the swing. That means swinging towards the goal and swinging to dribble. When these balls are used, the weight of the ball requires the batsman to have more intention to practice a firm approach, so when hitting a regular ball, swing speed and ball exit speed increase. Amazing product and I would recommend it for stronger players to maximize results. Combine it with the Power Net Sweet Spot bat for a visual understanding of how to find the bat's sweet spot! Ideal for use before the game and also for swinging before the game starts. Can be hit in the outfield as they don't spread that far, or with a 7'x7' Power Net! Great Power Net product!
