We are able to implement new employees in less time than it used to take because we have an integrated system with other systems such as paystubs, payroll, direct deposit etc. I don't like having to wait days longer than necessary between when someone leaves our organization (or we terminate their position) and seeing if they qualify for certain benefits - but this isn't something specific to this software - just overall HR processes generally. This integrated platform allows us to provide seamless onboarding services which has helped grow our client base.
