Review on Wizeline Chatbots by Bryan Gilliam

I like how easy it was to create my first chatbot, as well as adding more in future! It's also very intuitive once you've got used to using all of your bot features (which are numerous). The only thing i dislike about this software so far has been when trying to add new bots into existing chats - sometimes they don't work properly or at least not for long enough before giving up completely. This could be improved though by having an option where we can choose whether our messages should go through instantly without any delay between sending them out & receiving responses from other users/chatters etc., but then again maybe thats just me being picky haha. We're solving problems such as customer service queries which would otherwise take longer than necessary if done manually via emailing customers directly instead.
