Review on DEWENWILS Weatherproof Expandable Electrical Extension by Darren Anderson

Bought in May to switch 2 external LED strings from home and it's already dead. Only used a few times over the summer. The remote control was fine (40ft away) except it wouldn't turn on 1 or 2 times for no apparent reason and I had to get out and press a button. In any case, he barely survived the summer. Not sure when he died but when I tried in December he was already dead. Checked internally to see if anything was loose but appears to be a swollen capacitor (see pic). UPDATE: After realizing it was covered by a 1 year warranty I contacted Dewenwil support and they are great. They responded quickly and sent a new block. I hope this lasts longer. + for their support.
