these are very easy to use. i used mine to secure the bottom of wire fencing, simply placed through openings near bottom and pushed into ground with my foot as it is hard for me bend over due to being in my 60's. also used for securing garden fabric to ground. will but these again if i need them

- May not be useful for securing planters or pots
