I have a friend who had these cat tree hammocks and her cats loved them. I have a scratching post and didn't want to buy a brand new one just to put up hammocks so I started looking. I bought one of these and one from another brand and have since returned the other brand and bought a second one. My cats LOVE them and I think these hammocks are the only reason they use a scratching post in the first place. The cat in the photo probably weighed around 8-9 pounds when the photo was taken and she fits in well. I can only recommend these inexpensive dietary supplements. -on a scratching post. The only thing I would change is that I would like you to be able to remove the fabric for washing, but they are sewn to the ring/attachment.
