Right out of the box I could say it was a good backrest. Very strong and durable feeling. Well done. I've been using it every day on my commuter bike for the past two weeks and it fits my donut phone and keys with ease. Once swept in the rain, everything is dry inside. Drains water very well. I am very impressed with this bag. It's hard to find a better bag at this price. The only point of criticism is that the bag becomes a bit springy in the terrain, which is unfortunately to be expected with a bag of this type. Otherwise I can only recommend this bag. It's perfect for what I use it for.
