I like that they provide 24/7 customer support via email or phone for any issues we may have with their service at anytime day night week month year! They also offer many different types plans so you can pick which one is best suited your needs as well if it doesn't fit what you need then there are other options out ther too but not all companies do this!! So far everything has been great about them from price plan uptime speed etc.. Nothing really dislike anything yet only thing i would say was maybe some features could be added such us being able ot host multiple websites within 1 account instead having 2 seperate accounts just incase something happens where u lose ur website due2 server crash ect.
