My story is terrible. I am so disappointed in Arlo. Lots of problems with recording, with unusable pixelated video, memory errors, motion detection anomalies, their safety indicators, definitely DO NOT BUY!, playback etc. etc. but the last one is an absolute nightmare. I've had over a dozen calls to Arlo Technical Support/Customer Service regarding the Arlo Pro 3 Spotlight camera. To get them to replace the failed unit, they want me to send them a video of camera issues. The problem is this: the camera not only won't snap on, but also won't snap into the mount. So if I try to "videotape" him when he's not holding on to his mount, he'll fall seven feet to the concrete floor and shatter into pieces! I'm not sure what their main flaw is, but it's absolutely surreal and absurd! Also, I have disabled hands so trying to perform this ridiculous circus act to satisfy their 3 month delay in replacing a DEFECTIVE POS is just plain ridiculous! If I can afford a better camera system, I'm throwing ARLO IN THE WASTE! DON'T BUY YOUR TRASH. YOU WILL NOT MEET YOUR WARRANTY!
