the arc lighter was delivered very quickly in a nice gift box, the loading time was very short for me, after 30 minutes the loading light went out to tell me it was loaded, the lighter smoked 3 packs of cigarettes , before it had to be charged so it was good * light the cigarette, take a drag as if you use a regular lighter to draw the arc to the cigarette, it's very simple, I don't know why so many People say it doesn't fully ignite, I had no problem lighting the whole cigarette * this is a great item for myself or as a gift, I highly recommend this arc lighter * this review is written of my own free will.
