What's in the world?

I'm not even sure I can find the right words to describe these pants. First, let me explain why I bought them. My 9 year old son is tall for his age. He's 4ft 9in and 110lbs (my husband is a tall man :) He's sturdy but he's not "heavy". He despises jeans because they never fit properly and are uncomfortable. to buy him some jogging pants. Nike is too thin, Walmart and Target are too thin, Adidas is good but Under Armor is golden. I'm sure you know that Under Armor combat pants can cost anywhere from $30-$35 a pair. School clothes can quickly become expensive. I stumbled across these pants for $17 on the best day. I read all these reviews saying they were great and I got a little cheered up! Yes! They are not "These are not skinny pants, I can save $$$. No! Negative! These are the weirdest pants I have ever seen. If you look at my photos, I have them with an Under Armor pant same size. Both are brand new with tags. Waist length and width are damn tight. Once you get out of the waist area, they go in a rush! Once you reach the knee, they turn into skinny jeans fit 🀣. Then they have this weird zipper on bottom of a pant leg that looks like it's meant to be worn inside dress pants. The zipper guy doesn't say "sweatpants" in any way. laugh "The waist was very wide and he was able to stretch it out nicely. Her back and hips were drawn in. As soon as you touch his knees, they look like they've been vacuum packed. What on earth? I CAN'T LAUGH I have no idea what body type they were aiming for, I guess if your child were slim their legs would be fine but they would float at the waist. If they fit snugly at the waist, you'll need to butter them to get your legs in. I gave them 2 stars because the fabric and color were good but I don't recommend them to anyone.
