When I first opened it I wasn't sure if it would fit. My measurements are 33/34 at the waist and 44 at the hips. I usually wear US 14 pants depending on the brand. They're a little tight around the hips, but sit well around the waist once I've learned to "sculpt" them around my body. The material is thin and pointy with some stretch, so you'll need to be careful not to snag anything that might snag it. And it looks best with a petticoat that is not a skirt. I tried on a baggy petticoat underneath, just telling myself it didn't look right, ripped off the petticoat and lifted the petticoat. It also smells like plastic, so it's best to hand wash before wearing. All in all, this is what I was looking for. It may not be perfect, but for the price it will do.
