I’ve been suffering from a badly sprained ankle. I just received this cream in the mail today and applied it. The relief was not instant but, now, a few hours later, it’s starting to do me a lot of good. The pain and soreness has greatly reduced and I can actually move my ankle around now and put weight in it without wincing. I wish it were a little less expensive and I wish it came in a more portable package. I don’t want to lug the whole jar around in my purse; I’ll have to transfer some into a smaller container. Still, as much pain as I’ve been in, it’s worth every penny for a cream that will help. I’m glad I bought it and I recommend it.
