My Inspiron 15's power cord has been replaced 3 times since purchase. The cable is kinked twice so the laptop will not charge. The first time this happened, I called Dell Technical Support. They wanted me to send it to Houston for evaluation. All I needed was a cable. I paid the computer tech we have on site to look at it and he agreed all he needed was a cable. The tech support manager was rude. He wanted to sell me a plan. He didn't even bother to register it after I scolded him for being rude. I have had my Toshiba for over 10 years. Never called tech support and changed nothing. With all the new operating systems I had to replace it. I wish I had it again.
