Very strong handles, thick plastic, 5 different colors, each color has a different shape. could be used in professional rock climbing but I just built a small wall for my grandkids play fort. I figured I'd have to buy the hardware to mount it, but unlike other mounts I've looked at, everything came with it. They were easy to install and looked great in the finished project. Great value for the price. Excellent customer service. When they arrived, shipping lost one of the holds. I contacted Hidden Valley Merchandise and they immediately provided me with a replacement. I installed them through 3/4" plywood and then used an angle grinder to cut them flush with the mounting nuts.
