I'm a big tea and coffee drinker and have always worried about getting stains on my teeth easily. I have tried all types of whitening strips, mouthwashes, toothpastes and mouthguards and was disappointed in the time it took to see results. . . if I have ever seen her. And that includes the kit I bought from my dentist. With this set I saw them after the first use. So whitening gel really works. Has a chemical taste. . . like all these kits. I also like the light, I think it helps the gel work faster and works well. It takes less time than a set from my dentist. The problem with the trays is that they're big enough for my mouth, but they're pretty strong, so nothing depends on them. They don't stick to my teeth like the strips and trays in other kits and therefore left uncovered stains on my teeth and ended up using more gel than recommended to get better coverage in future treatments. I had some tooth sensitivity after using this product; I don't usually have tooth sensitivity to whitening products. It includes a whitening color chart so you can track your progress. Improving the kappa increases the score.
