Update October 5, 2020: As you can see in the photo the screws are completely discolored after about 100 kilometers / a couple of weeks. The center bolts stay black longer, but approach the same odd copper tone. I can't talk about silver caps, but black ones aren't worth buying. Original Review 9/14/2020: My bike had broken old head bolts and it was a cheap and easy cover-up. They are very easy to put on, took about a minute total, are great quality, and look exactly like the $80 HD version. Just in case, I lubricated the bolts with Loctite, but they seem to be doing pretty well there. My only complaint was that it would be great if they came with a small Allen key for easy installation.
