This product is definitely a big improvement over the standard crocodile! I've almost stopped wearing crocodiles because I live in a tropical climate and the slightest bit of moisture would make them slide off anywhere, whether it's walking down the stairs after a rain or just walking outside on the wet grass. On the other hand, they are designed to provide good traction, which helps me avoid slips and falls without sacrificing comfort. In fact, even now in the summer my feet haven't felt sweaty like they usually do after using standard Crocs, which must also be due to the construction allowing more airflow.
