color exactly as pictured. I love the transparent back, it's very clean and looks perfect. It also comes with a sticker that needs to be peeled off when you put your iPad in. The case itself is made of silicone/hard plastic. My only complaint is that when you fold the case as shown in the first picture, it is not centered. But this case also costs $16, so you get what you pay for! The handle slides in and out just as easily. There were stains on the inside of the case but they weren't bad enough to send it back. Overall I'm happy with the purchase and will probably keep it until I find a better one when they start releasing more!
