Updated: Obviously this is a regular bulb, not a grow light. works fine for this purpose. I was expecting this to be a grow light considering it says full spectrum LED lighting, but I don't think it is. I tried beaming over my herbs but there was no particular effect. I think I'll use a different pear instead. For regular incandescent bulbs they work great and are pretty cheap and the power consumption is low so I wouldn't mind using them. However, the color of these bulbs is very white. I generally like mine a little warmer. However, if you are looking for bright white light with low power consumption, this is a good option.
