It is a very nice piece. It is sturdy. The colors are vibrant. But, yes, I sent it back. There was just no way for me to get the ashes into the urn without opening the baggie that the funeral home contained them in. If I open the bag a and sprinkle him into the urn, there will still be bit of ash in the bag. I don't want to do that. Do I keep the bag? Do i throw out the bag? No. I wanted something that the entire bag could fit in the opening without me having to open the bag. This is not that product.My second issue is my husband was 225 lbs - maybe 230. This may or may not hold the ashes. If i dumped the ashes and he doesn't all fit - then what? I don't want two urns. I want something that looks nice that does not require I open the bag and pour.It's pretty - put I don't want to touch or be responsible for getting every single ash into the urn. The opening is too small to just put the entire bag in.
