Mixpresso has received very good customer reviews (I always read reviews before ordering products) - which is why I ordered the Mixpresso coffee maker. Unfortunately, mine didn't work; Something seems wrong with the pump mechanism. I tried to contact the seller twice and got an answering machine (they give a customer service number) but they never answered my call. Unfortunately the coffee maker has to be disposed of as I stupidly didn't keep the box so I can't return it. Today I ordered a famous brand coffee maker for one serving and I hope I will have much better luck with it.
