The ability to keep all my teams up with what is going in our business, this has been invaluable as we have had some growth! They are always willing listen when I call them out about something that isn't working or needs changing - they take it seriously but not personally which helps me feel comfortable bringing things their way from time to time too if need be (which thankfully hasn’t happened). Honestly though? It's nothing really other than just having someone who can help you understand how marketing works across platforms & channels so your team aren't doing everything wrong without knowing why/what could potentially change etc would make life much easier.
