I contacted support when COVID was just beginning and was told I couldn't pair it with their app. The representative told me to update my app as they released the update on the same day. That does not work. Tried to contact them again, no response. I've tried every reset method on their website, even deleting and re-downloading my app, and nothing has worked. I thought I could trust a brand like Legrand; really disappointed. Now I think the return time is up and I have a large plug-in manual dimmer. I have six other devices from three different companies in my bedroom, so I know my way around smart devices.
