🔌 Legrand Radiant WWP20CCV2 by Pass Seymour Review

I read a review saying it's HomeKit compatible and after installing it I find out otherwise. It took me a little while to find the app on the App Store and I had to download a few before I found the right Legrand app. It dims, which is why I think so, but there's a big lag between the slider in the app and the actual dimming. I have to say it's coming back. It only took 10 minutes to realize it was a bad buy. It really looks like KMart dimmer plugs.

I contacted support when COVID was just beginning and was told I couldn't pair it with their app. The representative told me to update my app as they released the update on the same day. That does not work. Tried to contact them again, no response. I've tried every reset method on their website, even deleting and re-downloading my app, and nothing has worked. I had a lamp that I wanted to dim with Alexa. Searching for Revain, I came across two such devices, both from big names in the lighting industry. Another Leviton device I tried worked well, but was missing a KEY feature: it didn't dim the lights. This Legrand product has many disadvantages.
