I had a lamp that I wanted to dim with Alexa. Searching for Revain, I came across two such devices, both from big names in the lighting industry. Another Leviton device I tried worked well, but was missing a KEY feature: it didn't dim the lights. This Legrand product has many disadvantages. The current issues are as follows, Error sending commands through Alexa, I always get a response from Alexa that something went wrong. Permanent disconnection regardless of Wi-Fi strength. It's very difficult to reconnect to the Legrand app, it keeps crashing during "onboarding". The reason I still have the product and have not returned it for a refund is that there are no other dimmer and Alexa compatible plug options. The only positive thing about this product is the strong customer support. Support stated that they recently switched cloud providers for their smart home automation and are still in the process of transitioning services and certifying their products with "Alexa Certification." Your infrastructure solves many problems.
