I have these for my Get to Safety 72 hour emergency bag. I didn't notice in the description that they were vented, so they probably won't fully protect my eyes from tear gas or pepper spray. Made in Italy, however, these glasses are as elegant as any sports car from this country! The soft, universal silicone case fits most face types while allowing many smaller glasses to be worn comfortably underneath. There are a total of 12 vents on the edge of the goggles, all protected by arc-shaped hard plastic lenses that protect against direct splashes or flying objects. The wide 1" elasticated headband is easily adjustable, and the width helps distribute the band's pressure evenly around your head for long-term comfort. By far the best glasses I own and I find them to offer an exceptional level of comfort. and the protection they offer. I hope my photos and comments will be useful to you when considering this topic.
