Uggh! If I could, I’d send these back! I have had it with these crappy pens! Low ink flow. Not bold, maybe fine, but the ink skips and I have to go over the same lines several times. Results are ugly. Save your money and frustration! The only one that had even an acceptable writing flow was the silver pen. I tried different paper, warming the pen up at little (ambient room temperature), no help.

I'm not happy with my purchase and am actually going to throw them away as soon as my jellyrolls arrive. I dont like how these feel in my hand or how the write. They don't show up on dark or light paper without a lot of effort and even with effort dont have great coverage. I do not recommend and will not buy again. A complete waste of money.

As an artist, I couldn't wait to have these pens arrive so I could continue painting my Christmas cards. Finally, they arrived. Unfortunately, the first three white pens I tried, did not work! Not a spot of white. So, i thought, perhaps they need to "warm up," as it was chilly in Michigan.The gold and silver pens worked fine, as expected. The white ones, not so! Perhaps i have 4 that do their job.

I purchased these pens to sign holiday cards. They don’t have enough ink flow for that. I’ve had to retrace each letter several times, and they just look messy. I would not purchase these again- better to spend more or receive fewer pens that actually work.

They’re okay it just leaves a harsh line every time I write. It’s not a gel like type set of pens. You have to be careful if you decide to layer as well.

Had really high hopes for these pens. I liked that it has 3 colors but I really wanted them for the gold. And guess what? Not a single gold pen would write. And half of the silver were also defective. I know gel pens can be finicky but this really isn’t worth the effort to return it…. But I will.

I purchased these specifically for the gold pens for Christmas tags. First of all, I only received 11 pens. 4 silver, 4 gold & 3 white. Of the 11, 7 DO NOT WRITE! AND NONE OF THE GOLD WORKED! So now I have 2 white pens & 2 silver pens which are totally useless to me. Hoping I can return for a refund! DO NOT BUY!

I returned these pens. They did not show up on the red or green Christmas cards I was using. That said, a few of the pens that did work, DID show up on blue construction paper (see pic)Very thin line. Seemed less than a .5

I am not sure if the pens are old or they weren’t made well, but the ink barely comes out of many of the pens. It is a very fine line, but it is sporadic and an uneven line.

These pens do not write. I went through the entire box trying to complete Christmas cards. If they wrote at all it took a lot of coaxing then they stopped writing shortly thereafter. Terrible pens. Don’t forget waste your money.

every single pen in this pack would not write for more that 1 inch. It didnt matter on what surface i was writing on. Do not buy these!

(4th line in image)This pen produces weak lines, but at least they are consistent. Not judging it too harshly for this though since it’s a .5mm pen compared with .8-1.0 pens above.

I had a black page scrapbook which I loved but no writing showed up on it. The white one of these, in particular, was excellent. Bright and readable. Awesome set!

Thinness is good, but not smooth in writing and all the gold pens didn't work even after much scribbling and attempted writing.

The pens were very nice, but take a little while to dry so be sure to not drag your hand over your drawing for a bit. They wrote smoothly and showed up nicely on black card stock.

Followed the instructions to scribble on a piece of paper to bring the ink to the tip and.nothing. I can see ink in the pen but they will not write despite what I try to do to get the ink flowing.

You could use just the three colors to make one lacy design or add another color or 2 to enhance a pic. Very fine tips as advertised. It seems like I want to add a little shine or sparkle to every pic I've done. I love doing Christmas themed pics so maybe that's why and why these will work well for me.

These pens did not color well. The gold pens all 4 colored a little and then quit coloring. Could not get them to color after that first little bit of coloring.

I like the gold and silver color, the white is not as bright as I had hoped but it still shows up on black paper. The tips are very fine point which is great for detailing. Great value for the cost.

These are perfect for black paper. The barrel is rather small so you might need a grippy thing if you like a fatter barrel. The ink took a bit to dry so beware if you don't want to smear your writing. I would buy these again.
