This product is a complete waste. I purchased it when I was running out of options to control my dog's aggression. The release feature doesn't work as described and I had to fight with it to adjust. I'm 5'3 and found the cardigan is way longer than pictured. It almost touches the ground but it is super comfortable, thicker than expected, and overall good. The pants are also super long and don't quite sit at the "jogger" length. The tank also disintegrated after one wash.
