Used before surgeries. Make sure it doesn't taste like an ice cream milkshake! However, I find it very tasty. It supports your immune system and that's what it's made for. I saw a review that said it looked a bit brown and she threw away the rest. Nothing wrong with that, that's the way it should be! The only downside is a little expensive. If you want to recover faster after surgery or just want to boost your immune system, buy it. If not, then it's YOUR choice.
