THIS IS NOT SOFT BRISTLES

This is the third time I have bought what is advertised as soft bristles or bristles for sensitive teeth. That's definitely not true. They are either medium or hard. You would think that the descriptions of what is purchased here would be accurate. If you don't want steel wire crossing your teeth, AVOID IT.
